发布失败报错解决


亚马逊刊登常见报错

错误代码:8566/8572

情况一:

失败原因:SKU does not match any ASIN and the product data provided is not eligible for ASIN creation You are using UPCS.EANs.ISBNS.ASINs.Or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list.Usi ng incorrect UPCs,EANS.ISBNs.ASINs or JAN codes is prohibited and it can result in your ASIN creation privileg es being suspended or permanently removed.Please ensure you are always using the appropriate UPC.EAN,IS BN,ASIN Or JAN code when listing a product.
 

情况二:

失败原因:SKU doesn't match any ASINs. Make s ure that all standard product ids (such as UPC, ISBN, EAN, or JAN codes) are correct. To create a new ASIN, include the following attributes: department. 解决方法:

1、EAN编码与亚马逊已经存在的编码产生冲突 ,EAN不可重复使用或已被使用。
若是此种情况,重置SKU和EAN;如果频繁报错,建议清空EAN重新生成一批8或9开头的EAN上传

2、品牌无效,品牌没有备案请更换尝试上传,品牌名不要用N/A, no logo这种的无品牌。

3、厂商名称无效,建议写店铺名或大写名字,厂商名称不要一直更换。

 

错误代码:8566 / 8571 / 8575

失败原因:

SKU does not match any ASIN and the product data provided is not eligible for ASIN creation.
We have temporarily removed your ability to create new ASINS because an unusually high number of ASINs have been created 
from your account. However, you can continue to match your products against existing ASINs. Please refer to the ASIN Creation 
Policy page for more information on how to avoid receiving this error message. If you believe your creation privileges have been

解析:我们暂时取消了您创建新ASINS的功能,因为从您的帐户创建的ASIN数量异常多

解决方法:当前店铺刊登额度已达到上限,下周再上传

 

错误代码:8541

情况一:

The SKU data provided is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog. The standard_product_id data provided matches ASIN BO7ZPRS3Y9, but the following data is different from what's already in the Amazon catalog: brand (Merchant: ' ZIXIXI'/Amazon:' SJJSP"). If this is the right ASIN for your product, update your data to match what's in the Amazon catalog. If it's not the right ASIN, make sure that your data for standard_product_id is correct.

解析:EAN编码与亚马逊已经存在的编码产生冲突 ,EAN不可重复使用或已被使用。

解决方法:

1、重新生成SKU,EAN,或者清空EAN重新生成一批上传,建议生成8或9开头的EAN。

2、品牌和制造商无效,品牌没有备案请更换,品牌名不要用N/A, no logo这种的无品牌。亚马逊有严格的品牌保护政策,若品牌填写的不正确,填写任何EAN都会报错。

情况二:

解决方法:亚马逊对于服装类的尺码有了新的标准,如果变体名称是S/M/L/XL这种命名的,请修改成Small/Medium/Large/X-large,重新生成SKU和EAN之后再上传。

 

错误代码:8005

失败原因:You are attempting to change an identity attribute for this SKU.To proceed,please delete this SKU and recreate the SKU with the appropriate identity .For more information and detai ed instructions,see:http://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/23191

解析:同一大站点的,产品EAN需保持一致!

解决方法:基准站重新生成SKU和EAN,非基准站重置SKU和EAN

 

错误代码:6039

失败原因:Merchant is not authorized to sell products under this restricted product group.
商家无权销售此受限产品组下的产品。
 

原因1、你上传的产品本身受限,需要通过Amazon分类审核才能正常上传
原因2、你上传的产品本身没问题,但上传的时候选择的 Amazon分类不正确而导致上传受限

解决方法(三种):
1、要么重新上传,选择另一个的 Amazone分类上传
2、要么申请 Amazon分类审核
3、要么直接放弃这个产品

 

错误代码:5000

情况一:

失败原因:XML Parsing Error at Line 59,Column 34:cvc-minLength-valid:Value"with length ='0'is not facet-valid with re spect to minLength'8 for type'#AnonType ValueStandardProductID'XML Parsing Error at Line 59,Column 34:cvc-type.31.3:The value"of element"Value'is not valid.

解析:元素“值”的值“无效”

解决方法:失败列表点开,看看是否有EAN,如果没有,点击生成发布

情况二:

失败原因:XML Parsing Error at Line 111, Column 14: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'Color'. One of '{HardDriveSize}' is expected.

解析:发现了以元素“ Color”开头的无效内容。应该是'((HardDriveSizey')之一。

解决方法:

1.变体主题必须是颜色/尺寸/颜色尺寸,更换变体主题重新发布

2.检查上传模板是否用的Home/Home,如果不是,改成Home/Home

情况三:

失败原因:The Message/Product/SKU field contains an invalid value: X23K2A9JOH8Y-FLUORESZIERENDEGRÜNETARNFAR. The value exceeds the maximum number of bytes allowed: 40.

解析:该值超出了允许的最大字节数:40。

解决方法:sku超字符,和变体设置的字符有关,删减到40字符以内

 

错误代码:5001

情况一:

失败原因:XML Parsing Fatal Error at Line 407, Column 36: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference. The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

解析:实体名称必须紧跟在实体引用中的&'之后。实体名称必须立即在实体引用中填入“”。

解决方法:替换变体名称,检查描述源代码中是否有&符号,重新发布

 

情况二:

失败原因:XML Parsing Fatal Error at Line 75, Column 19: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup. The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.

解析:元素的内容必须包含格式正确的字符数据或标记。

解决方法:

1.检查变体名称是否有不合规字符数据或标记,建议把特殊符号去掉

2.检查产品描述中是否包含无效值,删除不合规代码,字体不要加粗,用正常字体。

 

 

错误代码:99001

A value is required for the "unit_count" field. A value is required for the "unit_count_type" field.

解决方法:

1.可根据提示【双引号里面的单词】在产品编辑页完善该属性值。 其他属性缺失统一报错解决方案,可依此进行修改。

2.更换上传模板,建议使用Home-Home

 


错误代码:Feed rejected

解决方法:

1.检查店铺后台账号是个人卖家还是专业卖家,是否被降级,个人店铺不可上传。

2.帐号被降级的,个人卖家升级成专业卖家后 需重新提交信用卡信息等48小时后再上传

3.检查余额是否负数,后台负数不可上传

4.新店铺没扣第一个月月租的不可上传

5.非在售店铺不可上传
 

 

关键词常见报错

情况一:

失败原因:キーワードの長さを"500"バイト(例外:ファッションカテゴリー(服·シューズ·ジュエリー·腕時計)は250バイト)未満にしてください

解决方法:关键词超长,日本站有些分类需删减到150字符以内

情况二:

失败原因:You may not use trademarked terms in the keywords attribute. Please review our prohibited seller activities and actions at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/help.html?
itemlD-200386250. SKU does not match any ASIN and the product data provided is not eligible for ASIN creation.

解析:您不得在关键字属性中使用商标用语。

解决方法:检查关键词中出现的商标名称,删除重新发布

 

品牌常见报错

情况一:

错误代码:5665

失败原因:Amazon must approve your brand before you can use it to list products. Brands should be registered through Brand Registry, but if your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain anexception by contacting Seller Support and mentioning error code5665. When contacting Seller Support, provide the following information: -The brand name used when creating the listing.
Images of the product and packaging, showing branding on either.The images can show the product and packaging held in hand, on placed on a table. The branding must be permanently affixed. -If using inventory file templates, please also provide the Batch ID of the inventory file process report. For more information, please review our Brand Name Policy.

解决方法:品牌名不被亚马逊接收,不断更换品牌名尝试,或者找服务商申请一个自己的独立品牌

 

情况二:

失败原因:The variation family you are trying to create (Parent SKU: Z8N13N51GEBJ) contains inconsistent information. [ brand] must be the same for all members of the family. Your products were listed successfully but the variation relationship was not created. Please ensure all products in a variation family have the same value for[ brand].

解析:由于该错误一般出现在变体第一次上传失败后进行第二次上传时,第二次上传更改了品牌名,因此提示我们父体和子体品牌名不一致,因为第一次上传虽然失败了,但是我们的产品数据已经保存在亚马逊后台的草稿箱里,此时亚马逊已经生成了一个对应的ASIN,记住了这个产品的品牌名,我们更改的是SKU,改不了ASIN的信息,所以导致冲突出错。

 解决办法:

1,去亚马逊后台草稿箱里,将对应的SKU的信息进行删除操作,然后重新上传,

2,重新生成新的SKU和EAN,当作一个新的产品重新上传。
